We get to know your move and your family then recommend the package that actually fits.

Declutter
We help you to declutter your possessions with your new home in mind, decide together what makes the move, and categorise everything so it moves across in an organised way.

Plan storage
Choose the level that suits you: simple storage from our own stock, or fully bespoke planning where we measure the wardrobes, cupboards and drawers in your new home and design systems so every single thing has a place before it arrives.

Unpack
Usually the day after your removals team has placed the boxes, we swoop in to unpack every room, create the systems, style the wardrobes and make the beds.

What we don't do
- We don't pack. That's a job for your removals team
- We don't move furniture or drive the van
- We don't clear rubbish, though we'll point you to charity collections
We work alongside the removals company of your choice, and we're happy to recommend one.
What does a professional organiser do on a house move?+
A professional organiser declutters your current home before you pack, plans where everything will live in the new house, and unpacks and organises it on moving day. We do all three: two organisers for a declutter day, and a team of three to six for a full home unpack.
How much does an unpacking service cost?+
Our guide prices are £800 for a pre-move declutter day with two organisers, £900 for a kitchen and principal bedroom unpack, and £1,250 to £2,300 for a full home unpacked in a day, depending on team size. Travel is charged by postcode and storage solutions are added at cost.
Which areas do you cover?+
We work across London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, including Ascot, Windsor, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Weybridge, Cobham, Esher, Berkhamsted and Rickmansworth. If your move is a little further out, ask us anyway.
Are you a removals company?+
No. We declutter before you move and unpack completely afterwards, working alongside the removals team of your choice. Removals put boxes in rooms; we create a home that works.
Do you pack?+
We don't offer a packing service; that's a job for your removals team. We do categorise your belongings during the decluttering stage, so the boxes that get packed are organised and clear.
When do you arrive?+
Usually the day after your removals team has placed the boxes. We swoop in to get every room unpacked so you can sleep in a made bed that night.
