After delayed completions, meter readings and the last frantic clean, the very last thing you need is a mountain of boxes waiting for you.
Rushing through boxes yourself tends to create chaos that lasts for years: things shoved into the nearest cupboard, then never found again. We unpack with a plan we made before you moved, so the house works properly from day one.
What we do on the day
- Usually arrive the day after your removals team has placed the boxes
- Unpack every room, placing things where you actually use them
- Create categorised zones in kitchen cupboards with labelled containers
- Unpack, fold, hang and style wardrobes
- Set up children's rooms to feel familiar and calm
- Make the beds, light the candles and take the boxes away from underfoot

- We don't pack. That's a job for your removals team
- We don't move furniture or drive the van
- We don't clear rubbish, though we'll point you to charity collections
We work alongside the removals company of your choice, and we're happy to recommend one.
Are you a removals company?+
No. We declutter before you move and unpack completely afterwards, working alongside the removals team of your choice. Removals put boxes in rooms; we create a home that works.
When do you arrive?+
Usually the day after your removals team has placed the boxes. We swoop in to get every room unpacked so you can sleep in a made bed that night.
How long does it take to unpack a house?+
Usually a single day. Larger homes and more complex layouts can take longer, and we'll be honest with you about that on the call.
Are there areas you don't cover in an unpack?+
Garages and lofts aren't usually included, though we can add them to your package. We recommend packing those spaces in clear, labelled, stackable boxes.
