You already know what isn't working in your current home. Perhaps the new kitchen looks lovely in the plans, but there's no obvious place for packed lunches, the coffee machine and all the things your family uses every morning.
Perhaps a utility room has been drawn without considering the laundry, dog leads or cleaning kit it needs to hold. We assess the space with you and ask how you actually live — what you own, what you use and where it needs to go — then help you make practical decisions about storage, layouts and everyday flow. It is far easier to adjust a plan or choose the right cupboards before they are fitted.

If your belongings need to leave the house, we can put you in touch with trusted storage contacts and help you plan what goes into storage, what travels with you and what you'll want first when you return. We can also identify storage solutions for the finished rooms, so you buy for the space you have and the way you live.

The details that make a beautiful room work
A finished room can look perfect and still be awkward to use. We think through the inside of the cupboards as carefully as the outside: where the crockery goes, whether children can put their own things away, how the wardrobe will hold your actual clothes and what needs to be close to hand.
We're happy to work alongside your designer, architect, builder or kitchen company, sharing the practical details they may not know about your family. If your plans are already finalised, we can still help you make the most of the space you're getting.
Coming home
Come home when it feels like home
Once the work is finished and the rooms are ready, our team returns to unpack and set up your home. We put belongings in considered places, organise cupboards and wardrobes, make the beds and bring the everyday essentials back into use.
Picture walking into your newly renovated kitchen and finding the glasses where you expect them, the kettle ready and the drawers organised. Your bedroom is made up. The children can find their things. Instead of facing a wall of boxes after months of building work, you can finally enjoy the home you worked so hard to create.
We agree the scope and access arrangements with you in advance. If you'd rather be elsewhere on the day, we can have everything ready for your arrival.

- We don't pack. That's a job for your removals team
- We don't move furniture or drive the van
- We don't clear rubbish, though we'll point you to charity collections
We work alongside the removals company of your choice, and we're happy to recommend one.

Good things to ask
Can you help if we are already partway through the renovation?+
Yes. We can review the finished plans, help you decide what belongs in each room and prepare for the move back, even if building work is already under way.
Do you provide storage?+
We can introduce you to storage contacts and help you work out what needs storing and for how long. Any storage service is arranged and charged separately with the provider.
Do you pack up the house before the builders come?+
We help you declutter, sort and prepare. If the house needs to be packed for storage or moving, a removals or packing company handles the packing. We can then return to unpack and organise when the rooms are ready.
Can you work with our interior designer or builder?+
Yes. With your agreement, we can share practical feedback about storage, room use and the belongings each space needs to accommodate.
Can you set up the house while we are away?+
Yes, provided we have agreed the plan, access and priorities in advance, and the rooms are clean, safe and ready for your belongings.
