We're a small, close-knit team of professional organisers who turn moving day into something calm. If you love creating order and looking after people, we'd love to hear from you.
Who we're looking for
"We're looking for an organiser who feels at home with both people and beautiful homes. You'll be practical, discreet and confident speaking with clients, with the warmth to put them at ease and the judgement to know when to listen, take the lead or quietly get on with the job.
Our clients trust us with their homes and often with a lot more besides. The right person will share our calm, non-judgemental approach, enjoy working as part of a team and care as much about how a client feels as how their home looks at the end of the day."
What you'll need
Experience and a good eye
- Professional organising experience — decluttering, unpacking or home organising
- To be based within easy reach of the areas we cover
- Availability for full moving days, which can start early and finish late
- A calm, friendly manner and real respect for clients' privacy

How joining works
Four simple steps
- 01
Apply to join our network
Tell us a little about you, where you're based and the organising work you've done so far.
- 02
A Zoom meeting first
We'll arrange a relaxed video call with Helen and Ruth so we can get to know each other.
- 03
At least two or three trial moves
You'll work alongside us on a minimum of two to three trial and training moves to learn how we run a moving day.
- 04
Join the network
Once we're all happy, you'll be offered moves in and around your area.
