An international move asks a lot of an employee and their family: travel plans, new schools, a new job and a shipment of belongings arriving at an unfamiliar address. We take care of the part that turns a property into somewhere they can actually live.
What we do
A practical welcome, tailored to the household
We meet the removals team or container delivery at the new home, unpack and organise the belongings, and set up the rooms that matter most.
The employee can be at work, in transit or settling the family elsewhere. When they walk through the door, the beds are made, the kitchen is ready to use and their things have a place. Some families need the whole house unpacked and organised; others want the essentials ready for the first night, with the remaining rooms completed over the following days.
The employee doesn't have to be there
We can work from a short brief
We can speak with the employee beforehand to understand routines, priorities and any must-haves. If their time is limited, we work from a short brief and use our experience to create a sensible, welcoming set-up. We know how to make a kitchen usable, where to place the everyday things, and why finding the children's bedding matters more on day one than arranging the spare room.
With access and scope agreed in advance, our team can be at the property when the shipment arrives. The removals company handles transport, delivery and any packing. We take over the unpacking and organisation. If only part of the shipment arrives, we prioritise what can be completed and agree the next visit.

Beds made, bathrooms stocked from the belongings provided, kitchen basics unpacked and the everyday items easy to find.
Key rooms ready
Kitchen, principal bedroom, wardrobes, bathrooms and children's rooms set up so family life can begin straight away.
Whole-home set-up
A considered unpack and organisation of every room in scope, from kitchen cupboards and wardrobes to utility and family spaces.
Phased arrival
A first-day set-up followed by further organising as the rest of the shipment is delivered or the family gets to know the home.
We can also assess the available space and recommend suitable storage solutions if the new property works differently from the last one. Where useful, we coordinate with trusted removals contacts or work with the relocation and removals teams you have already appointed.

Each relocation is quoted separately. The cost depends on the size of the household and property, the amount arriving, the rooms to be set up, and the number of organisers and days required.

We work alongside the delivery team, unpack and set up the agreed spaces.

The rooms in scope are organised and ready to use, with any remaining work agreed in advance or at handover.

What we don't do
- We don't pack. That's a job for your removals team
- We don't move furniture or drive the van
- We don't clear rubbish, though we'll point you to charity collections

Questions
Good things to ask
Can you set up the home if the employee is overseas or at work?+
Yes. We agree access, priorities and the rooms in scope beforehand. We can take a brief directly from the employee, or work with the relocation team where the employee prefers us to use our judgement.
Can you be there when the shipping container or removals lorry arrives?+
Yes, subject to the agreed date and access. We coordinate our arrival with the delivery team and begin setting up as belongings become available. The removals provider remains responsible for delivery and unloading.
Do you provide removals or pack belongings at the point of departure?+
We don't provide the packing or transport service. We can work with a removals company you appoint, or introduce contacts we know, then handle the unpacking and organisation at the destination.
Can we book just the kitchen and bedrooms?+
Absolutely. We can focus on the rooms that make the first day easier, or plan a larger whole-home set-up.
How do you price a corporate move?+
We quote each move individually, based on the household, number of bedrooms, volume of belongings, scope, location and the organisers and time needed. Share what you know so far and we can talk through the options.
