Charlotte, a talented interior designer, was moving into a beautiful new home while balancing the demands of running her business. Given recent changes in the family dynamic, this was also a sensitive move that involved thoughtful downsizing and careful planning to ensure a smooth transition.

The process started with a pre-move visit to assess:

• The layout of the new home, planning furniture placement in advance

Decluttering played a crucial role in this move. Two of our organisers tackled the more overwhelming areas, including:

• Clearing out the garage with a skip to remove unnecessary items
• Organising the utility room for efficiency
• Sorting through the attic bedroom with Charlotte’s daughters, ensuring cherished items were kept and unnecessary belongings let go
