No, we don’t currently offer a removals service. Our job is to help you declutter before you move, then unpack completely at your new house with the feminine touch and organised systems so that you can enjoy the ‘New Home’ dream from day one without the stress or hassle!

We don’t offer a packing service, this is a job for the removals team of your choice. However, we categorise your things during the decluttering process so that packed boxes are organised and clear ready for the big day.  

To begin with, we arrange a discovery call to put together the best package for your needs & budget. We will then declutter with you at your current house, working together to reduce anything you no longer need to make sure that your new home is clutter-free! As we declutter, we also categorise so that when boxes arrive they aren’t a random mixture! 

Next - Your Moving Day! After removals have placed boxes in rooms, we swoop in and unpack into your beautiful new home. Our team are all Professional Organisers, so you’ll be getting the most organised, systemised & stylish start in your new place. We also help with storage to make sure that your home will work for you & your family.

This is completely up to you, we can work around a full household, but equally happy to get on with it & work our magic if you can't be there. However, for the decluttering we strongly recommend that clients work with us, even if it’s for an hour. We do all of the hard work but find that the results are life-changing if you can make a few decisions with us.

Our rates vary between packages and other factors such as the size of your home and the number of people living there. We will be the best money you ever spend for saving your sanity & creating that ‘New Home’ dream from day one!

From experience we have learnt that the day your removals place your boxes is busy, chaotic and the timing can be unpredictable. We usually swoop in on the day after when there is more room for us to work and everything is ready to be unpacked and organised. Feel free to head out to work and let us set up your home. We can discuss this with you at the discovery call as sometimes moving times are unique due to circumstances.

Moving can be very unpredictable, and we totally understand that things outside of your control can dictate dates. We take a deposit of 25% upon booking which secures your move with us. We will then do everything in our power to rebook you on the exact date you need if we have the space, or at the earliest date after this.

We typically start between 9/9.30, and finish between 4/5pm.

We don’t clear rubbish but we can point you in the right direction and suggests charity collections too.
